Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-teaching staff, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role involves collaborating with the marketing department on recruitment campaigns, directly sourcing and selecting candidates, and managing relationships with agencies. It also includes tracking recruitment progress, preparing reports, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
Please note that this is a Temporary Position with the possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for, select,and directly share suitable candidates with hiring managers, ensuring that safer hiring practices are implemented from the first interaction.
- Develop new and innovative approaches to attract and engage quality candidates using a variety of creative search and networking tools.
- Proactively drive the entire candidate recruitment lifecycle using our candidate tracking system, updating recruitment workflows and maintaining candidate interest.
- Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates via Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on weekly social media posts about the most in-demand positions today.
- Manage candidate rejections and feedback
- Join weekly meetings with Regional Recruitment Managers/Head of HR, aligning hirig strategy and offering support where needed
- Ensure that all hiring managers have completed safe hiring training and that at least one interviewer has an up-to-date certificate.
- Keep hiring managers and candidates informed throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth experience for both.
- Proactively drive the entire candidate hiring lifecycle using our candidate tracking system.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology,etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, especially for talent search.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume activities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience in coordination and schedule management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with regional teams, school management teams, and coworkers to build trust, respect, and confidence.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a strong plus.
- Experience in employer branding, innovative recruitment strategies, and building a strong portfolio of diverse talent is a plus.
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility, with a positive approach to both work and mindset.
